How I Use Human Design in My Work

As an NTP and health coach, I see over and over how stress, nervous system load, and misaligned expectations can override even the best nutrition and lifestyle plans. In these sessions, we use your Human Design as a practical tool to explore:

We’ll focus on understanding your core energy patterns, stress response, and how your system tends to react to pressure, structure, and expectations.
