I take a whole-person approach that considers digestion, nutrient intake, stress, sleep, and daily habits. I often begin by supporting stress management, sleep, and digestive health before exploring nutrition changes.

My goal is to provide personalized, science-informed guidance that fits each client’s unique needs. Through education and supportive coaching, I help clients feel more confident in their wellness journey and better supported in their day-to-day health.

Meet your wellness coach, Niki Bowen

I’m Niki, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and National Board Certified Professional Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) dedicated to providing nutrition education and foundational wellness support for individuals navigating long-term health concerns.

My own journey with fibromyalgia, autoimmune conditions, chronic symptoms, medical gaslighting, and years of unanswered questions has fueled my passion for nutritional therapy and helping clients build personalized, step-by-step wellness strategies that support lasting health.

I specialize in guiding women who feel like “difficult cases”—those who have been told their labs are fine or feel held together by tape—and supporting them with nutrition and lifestyle habits.

As a recovering overworked lawyer, a mom of two, and someone who’s been in your shoes, I understand the frustration, and I’m here to provide clarity, support, and empowerment on your path toward greater wellness.
