  • Not the way you might be thinking. Nervous system regulation is the POV of our program, but we cover all the bases. We work with digestion, blood sugar, nutrition, sleep, inflammation, and recovery throughout. Nervous system healing matters because none of those things work well if your body feels like it’s under constant threat. Think of it as fixing the operating system first, not ignoring the rest of the computer.

  • Yes, labs are a core part of this work. Most clients complete comprehensive blood work plus functional testing (often GI, hormones, or both, depending on symptoms). Labs help us understand what’s actually happening beneath the symptoms and give us baselines we can track instead of guessing. If you’ve had recent labs, we’ll review what’s usable and fill in gaps only where necessary.

  • No. This is private coaching. Most of the women I work with have already accepted that the insurance system isn’t set up to do this kind of root-cause work, especially for perimenopause, stress-related symptoms, and “nothing is technically wrong but I feel awful.”


    If you’re still hoping your doctor will fix this, this probably isn’t the right container (yet).

  • Most clients notice steadier energy, calmer digestion, better stress tolerance, and clothes fitting better over time. Weight often shifts, but we don’t chase the scale or follow any type of 90s-2000s diet culture. Instead, we focus on restoring capacity so your body can actually respond again.

  • No. You can enroll month-to-month. However, most clients see the best results when they commit to at least 6 months of consistent support.

  • Cancellations require 15 days’ notice via email to avoid being charged the next installment. If you cancel, you’ll still have access to the remaining 15+ days already paid for.

  • This is completely private. While it’s structured as a membership for flexibility and ongoing support, this is a 1:1 coaching container. Your labs, symptoms, conversations, and messaging are confidential and never shared.
